Annual Subscriptions
7-Day Refund Window:
- Full refunds are available if you cancel within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase
- Renewal subscriptions are not eligible for refunds - the 7-day window applies only to new subscriptions
- A cancellation fee may apply for annual subscriptions if content has been significantly accessed
Partial Access Deduction:
- If you have accessed our premium content or services during the 7-day period, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable usage fee from your refund

After 7 Days:
